On boarding Process

When you sign-up for a Tradie Pal subscription, you go through an on-boarding process where we collect information that is required to setup your smart receptionist service. We collect information such as your name, mobile number, preferred language. If you want to know more about each option and what to enter, you can check it out in the member dashboard documentation. 

If you don’t have all the information available during the onboarding process, that is ok, since you can update this information anytime after completing the on-boarding process. Simply follow the instructions to update settings in your member dashboard. The only critical items to enter correctly during the sign-up process are your name, mobile number, and your payment information. We do verify your mobile number by sending you a one time passcode (OTP).

 

At the end of the on-boarding process, you are assigned a service number. This is a dedicated number for your business and your smart receptionist will always answer incoming calls and texts sent to this number. You should save this number in your phone contacts so you have access to it. You will also receive a welcome email that has more information about your subscription. Please read the email carefully and follow the instructions so you get the most out of the service.

 

Once you complete the sign-up process, your free trial commences. You will not get charged during the trial period. Your paid subscription commences at the end of the trial period.
