Pricing plans

When you subscribe to Tradie Pal, you get to select from 4 different plans - Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum.

 

• Bronze Plan - Includes 50 calls

• Silver Plan - Includes 100 calls and 50 SMS conversations per month.

• Gold Plan - Includes 200 calls and 100 SMS conversations per month.

• Platinum Plan - Includes 300 calls and 200 SMS conversations per month.

Excess calls and SMS conversations are billed at $0.50 per call and $0.50 per SMS conversation. For billing purposes, all SMS messages exchanged within a 30-minute window with the same recipient are grouped as a single SMS conversation.

Select a plan that aligns with your average monthly call and text volume. For example, if you receive on an average 200 call each month, Gold plan is best suited for you. The Bronze Plan is specifically good if you are using your Tradie Pal receptionist as a backup service to answer missed calls from your mobile (see Modes of Operation).

 

If you are unsure of your call volume, you can always start with the Bronze plan and then upgrade to a higher plan based on your usage. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime without any penalties.
