Forwarding calls to Tradie Pal
from a Samsung Phone 

If you own a Samsung phone and you want to setup conditional call forwarding on your phone, follow the instructions below:

1. Open your phone app and enter the following code: # # 0 0 2 # and then press the call button. This clears any old settings.

2. In your phone app, tap the three-dot-menu (usually in the top right corner).

3. Select Settings.

4. Scroll down and tap on Supplementary services or More Settings (the name many vary by model).

5. Tap Call Forwarding.

6. You will see there are four different call forwarding options. You need to setup call forwarding for three out of the four options listed - Forward when busy, Forward when unanswered, Forward when unreachable. 
7. For each of the three options, you need to enter your Tradie Pal service number in international format (eg: +61412344568). Tap enable to Turn on.

8. Repeat this step for the three options.
