Forwarding calls to Tradie Pal

In order to forward calls from your mobile to Tradie Pal, you need to know your mobile phone service provider. Follow the instructions listed below for your service provider. Note, to forward unanswered, busy, and unreachable calls to Tradie Pal, you will have to complete the steps for all the three options. If your service provider is not listed below, you can contact your service provider for details on how to forward calls. Alternatively you can contact us via email with your carrier details at info@tradiepal.ai. Before you follow the instructions for your specific mobile phone provider, you must enter the following code - # # 0 0 2 # in your mobile phone app and then press the call button. This clears any old settings and you are now ready to follow the instructions below. Feel free to watch this video, that will guide you through all the steps.
NOTE: If you have a Samsung phone, you have the option to use the Phone settings to setup call forwarding. Follow the instructions listed here - Call forwarding - Samsung phone.
To forward unanswered calls:

Open the phone app on your mobile phone

Select the keypad and enter:
* * 61 * <service number> * 10 # -
Press Call and wait for the confirmation.
To forward busy calls:

Open the phone app on your mobile phone

Select the keypad and enter:
* * 67 * <service number> * 10 # -
Press Call and wait for the confirmation.
To forward unreachable calls:

Open the phone app on your mobile phone

Select the keypad and enter:
* * 62 * <service number> * 10 # -
Press Call and wait for the confirmation.
To forward unanswered calls:

Open the phone app on your mobile phone

Select the keypad and enter:
* * 61 * <service number> * * 05 # -
Press Call and wait for the confirmation.
To forward busy calls:

Press Call and wait for the confirmation.
To forward unreachable calls:

Press Call and wait for the confirmation.

Press Call and wait for the confirmation.
Replace <service number> with the Tradie Pal service number that was assigned to you. Do not include the country code (+61). Just the number with the leading 0 (eg: 0401234567)
